1. Purpose & spirit of the event
The event is a collaborative space for the rapid creation of prototypes (MVPs) and AI / automation solutions. Its goal is to connect technical skills with real-world economic opportunities brought by our Client Partners and Sponsors.
2. Intellectual property & commercial opportunities
- Ownership of code. Participants remain the sole owners of the code and intellectual property of the tools they independently develop during the event.
- Mandatory commercial intermediation. When a project addresses a specific need expressed by an official Client / Partner of the event, the participant undertakes not to solicit or contract directly with that partner without going through Esantic Lab.
3. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
- Commitment. The participant keeps strictly confidential all information identified as such — or manifestly sensitive — collected during the event.
- Prohibition. The use of such confidential information for personal purposes or on behalf of a third party is forbidden without prior written consent.
4. Image & media rights
By participating, you authorise Esantic Lab to use photographs, screenshots and videos of the event (including demos of your projects) for its communication, promotion and marketing needs.
5. Acceptance
Acceptance is recorded when you tick the dedicated checkbox on the registration form stating: "I accept the Esantic Lab Event Rules & NDA."
